Hello! გამარჯობა! (gah-mahr-joh-bah)

I am a Ph.D. student in Economics at the Georgia Institute of Technology. I am an applied microeconomist working in environmental, energy, and housing economics. My research asks who bears the costs and who captures the benefits of environmental and energy policy. I study the distributional effects of these policies across communities and the effects of energy infrastructure on local housing markets. My interest in policy-relevant research grows out of my earlier professional work in the public sector.

Beyond economics, I spend my time on exploring picture books with my daughter, 35mm film photography, and experimenting with cross-cultural flavors - especially homemade sauces and starters.

I am on the 2026-2027 job market.
